It has grown into a beloved local institution with over 58 years of smoky, slow-cooked tradition in part due to the love and 25 years of dedication from Larry and Judy Higgins and their children Heather and Charlie. Built on a foundation of family recipes, community values, and a whole lot of pecan smoke, Hammond's is more than just a restaurant — it's a landmark of Texas flavor.
